Who we are

Allied Fencing and Services("we," "us," or "our") is a fence contractor located at 2104 E Yandell Dr, Ste 11, El Paso, TX 79903. Allied Fencing and Services is an assumed name (DBA) of Henke Pest Management Inc. This policy describes what information we collect through alliedfence.pro, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect

When you request an estimate through our quote form or chat, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address (if given), and the details of your fence project. Our web server also records standard technical data — IP address, browser user agent, and the page you submitted from — which we use for security and to keep a record of consent (see the SMS section below).

How we use it

We use your contact information to respond to your request, schedule your free on-site estimate, prepare your quote, and manage your project. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate our scheduling, customer management, and communications systems — and only as needed to serve you.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Allied Fencing and Services operates a text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospects who have voluntarily provided their mobile phone number and expressly opted in to receive text messages. This section describes how we collect, use, and protect information related to that program.

How you opt in

You opt in to our SMS program by checking a clearly labeled, unchecked-by-default consent box next to the phone number field on our website forms (including the quote request form at alliedfence.pro). Checking the box indicates your express written consent under 47 CFR § 64.1200 to receive recurring calls and text messages from Allied Fencing and Services at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

What we send

Customer care and service messages: quote and estimate updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, project scheduling, and replies to your questions.

Message frequency, costs, and help

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Reply HELP to any message for support information, or call us at (915) 301-8066. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again.

Mobile opt-in data — third-party sharing exclusion

Allied Fencing and Services does not share, sell, or transfer mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose. Phone numbers and SMS consent records are used solely by Allied Fencing and Services to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. We do share phone numbers with telecommunications service providers strictly as necessary to transmit the messages you have requested — these providers are contractually bound to use the data only for message delivery and not for their own marketing or resale.

Data retention

We retain your SMS consent record (timestamp, IP address, form URL, and the exact consent language you agreed to) for the life of your customer record and for at least four (4) years after opt-out, consistent with TCPA evidentiary requirements. Supported carriers

Our SMS program supports all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
