Allied Fencing and Services — an assumed name (DBA) of Henke Pest Management Inc. — provides fence installation, fabrication, and painting services in and around El Paso, Texas. This website (alliedfence.pro) lets you learn about our services and request a free on-site estimate. Using the site or submitting a request means you accept these terms.

Estimates and project work

On-site estimates are free and commitment-free. Pricing, scope, and schedule for any fence project are set out in the written estimate or contract you receive from us — not by this website. Website content is general information, not a binding offer.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or probe it, no submitting information about someone else without their permission (including their phone number).

SMS Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any Allied Fencing and Services form, you agree to the following terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program description

Allied Fencing and Services operates a text messaging program for customer care: quote and estimate updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to your questions.

Consent

Your consent is express, written, and verifiable. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any good or service. You must be the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide, and at least 18 years of age.

Message frequency varies based on your project and account activity.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, determined by your mobile carrier. Allied Fencing and Services does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. One confirmation message will be sent, after which no further messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again.

We may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time without notice. Material changes to consent scope will require a new opt-in.

Liability

The website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allied Fencing and Services is not liable for damages arising from use of the website itself. Nothing in these website terms limits the warranties or obligations set out in a signed project contract.
